4W, EAST TIMOR. Plans for an early October 2000 East Timor operation concentrating on the lower HF bands are underway by Dennis, K7BV. Made,YB9BV, and a well known USA Low Band operator (identity will be announced soon) will join Dennis in this effort to make 4W available on 40, 80 and160 meters for over a week.
